Cauliflower with Dill Recipe

Cook: 15 minutes

Makes: 4-6 servings

1 head of cauliflower, cut in florets
2 tbsps. Mango White Balsamic
2 tbsps. Dill Olive Oil
salt & pepper
¼ fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp. chives or green onion, minced
2 tbsps. fresh parsley, chopped

In large pot of boiling water, cover and cook cauliflower until tender crisp, 10-15 minutes. Drain and place in warmed serving dish.

Mix mango balsamic and dill olive oil. Pour over cauliflower and toss gently adding salt and pepper. Sprinkle with dill, parsley and chives and serve.
