Spiced Roasted Butternut Squash Recipe

Prep: 10 minutes

Cook: 35-40 minutes

Makes: 4 servings

½ butternut squash, cut in half lengthwise
½ tsp. ground allspice
2 tbsps. Butter Olive Oil
2 tbsps. Neapolitan Herb Balsamic
2 tsps. dry thyme
1 tsp. dry rosemary
salt and freshly ground pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium bowl mix all of the topping ingredients and pour over squash.  Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until squash is tender and golden. (times will vary depending on texture of squash)
