4 - 5 ripe tomatoes
1 package goat cheese (140 g)
12 - 16 leaves fresh basil
3 tbsp Basil Fused Olive Oil
2 tbsp 18 Year Condimento Tradizionale Dark Balsamic
Pepper and salt to taste
Slice tomatoes into wedges and arrange in bowl with layers of basil leaves. Top with crumbled goat cheese, drizzle with Basil Fused Olive Oil and Condimento Tradizionale Dark Balsamic. Sprinkle with salt and fresh ground pepper to finish.
