Chilled Avocado Soup

Serves: 1
1 avocado
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tbsp onions, chopped
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tbsp Avocado Oil
On medium heat, soften the onion in the Avocado Oil.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Chill for at least an hour, garnish and serve.
