Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 5 hours (crock pot)
Serves: 6-8
2-3 lb pork tenderloin
1/3 cup Herbs de Provence Infused Olive Oil
1/2 cup Cranberry Pear White Balsamic
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
Place pork at the bottom of the crock pot.
Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the pork. Cook covered for 1 hour on high. Reduce heat to low and cook for an additional 3-4 hours.
Remove tenderloin, discarding sauce. Slice and serve.
