12 baby potatoes
½ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp White Truffle Oil
2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan.
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 12-15 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
Add the extra virgin olive oil, White Truffle Oil, grated Parmesan, and toss until evenly coated. Lightly crush with a fork. Salt and pepper to taste.
