6 tbsp Condimento Bianco Balsamic
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp each of salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tsp dried basil
6 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
Whisk together the basil olive oil, balsamic, honey, mustard, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Lightly toss together the dressing and tomatoes. Sprinkle with dried basil (fresh if you have it on hand), and serve.
