6 cups cauliflower florets
¼ cup Butter Olive Oil
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Toss cauliflower in the Butter Olive Oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast for 20 minutes, then stir in cheese. Roast 3 – 5 minutes more or until the florets are crisp-tender.
