Serves 4
4 tbsps. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
¼ cup Tahini
3-4 cloves garlic
½ tsp. sea salt
6 tbsps. Harissa Infused Olive Oil
15 oz can of chickpeas
1 tsp. paprika
pita, crackers, chips or veggies, to serve
Combine the balsamic vinegar and the tahini in a food processor, process on high 1 - 2 minutes, Add olive oil and process another 1 ½ minutes. Drain and rinse the chick peas adding ½ to the food processor mixture. Run for 2 minutes on medium and scrape sides of bowl if necessary. Add rest of chickpeas and process until smooth. (about another 2 minutes) If the hummus is too thick add 1 - 2 tbsps. of water and process until desired consistency is reached. Spoon hummus into a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika.
Serve with your choice of pita, crackers, chips or veggies.
