Favuzzi pesto contains only fresh basil, and no other fresh herbs, resulting in the authentic flavor of this stunning staple of Italian cuisine. Non-pasteurized, it preserves the intensity of the beautiful dark green colour that is typical of Genoese basil. Complex and aromatic, this pesto also includes both Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and Pecorino Romano PDO. Pleasant in texture, it is both thick and fluid.
